1:1 coaching is a highly personalized experience designed around you—your body, your symptoms, and your goals. As a naturopath and Trim Healthy Mama coach, I go beyond standard coaching to uncover what’s truly keeping you stuck and support your body with a thoughtful, root-cause approach.

We combine simple, nourishing nutrition with targeted, natural support when needed—so you’re not guessing, but moving forward with clarity and confidence. This is individualized care that adapts to you, helping your body respond and creating real, lasting results.

What You’ll Receive:

  • A weekly 1:1 call (Zoom or phone) for guidance, support, and personalized coaching

  • A customized plan and recommendations tailored to your body, symptoms, and goals

  • Naturopathic insight and support, including guidance on nutrition, herbs, supplements, and natural strategies when appropriate

  • Direct access to me between sessions for questions, adjustments, and ongoing support
